They have never held a council seat, preferring to remain as advisors to the Council. Their current leader, reHDep is the diplomatic advisor to Martok.
The House of To'pah has a long tradition and proud history of being the keepers of Rura'Penthe, the infamous military prison deep inside Klingon Territory. They serve the Empire proudly by keeping the prison active for traitors, the dishonoured, and political prisoners.
